Preparation The synthesis methods of imidazo [4,5-b] pyridine compounds include 2, 3-diaminopyridine and carboxylic acid ring, carbon disulfide or triphosgene ring, 2-chloro-3-aminopyridine and aromatic amine ring, etc. The article uses 6-methoxy -2, 3-diaminopyridine hydrochloride is used as raw material to generate the target product 2-mercapto-5-methoxyimidazole [4,5-b] pyridine [1] through ring closure with carbon disulfide. the synthesis route is shown in the figure:
